Title: Women Employee Survey for measuring work-life balance and organizational Policies for women
Background: A prominent News Publication company partnered with GrowthLyne to conduct a Women Employee Survey
Designed a Questionnaire with 25 questions after detailed interaction with the company measuring the organizational policies and work-life balance for the women employees of the company.
Organisational Policies: Questions seeking feedback on equal pay and growth opportunities, awareness of POSH laws, Training and Development programs, Transportation facilities and safety.
Work-Life Balance: Questions on Paid Maternity Leave, Flex-time Policies and Family Care Benefits.
Survey Programming, UAT Testing and Launching the survey to around 700 employees of the company.
Survey Programing: GrowthLyne ensured a single point of integration (SSO) to the client's office system. Survey Programming was done through survey software. The Questionnaire included design features like matrix grid, rating scale, display logic etc.
UAT Testing and Launching of Survey: Functional, integration and system testing were performed for seamless survey process and retrieval of accurate data.
Survey data analysis to provide actionable insights.
Data Cleaning and Enrichment: urvey data was scrubbed of duplicative and incorrect data, errors and inconsistencies. Data enrichment was achieved by fixing errors, standardizing the dataset, identification and rectification of redundant data and missing codes.
Statistical Testing: Results were statistically tested for deviations and relevant conclusions were derived.
Comparative Analysis with Previous Employee Surveys:Comparative analysis was performed against the benchmark of previous survey results. The results showed improvement in organization policies and support towards women employees with higher job satisfaction and retention rates.
Advanced Analytics: Questions were Grouped using factor Analysis into 3 categories of Equal pay and opportunities, safety, and Perks and benefits which were prime considerations for women employees.
Reporting: GrowthLyne delivered an Insight Report into the company’s policies favourable for Women Employees highlighting factors leading association of potential Women Employees.
